Projects
Every production this console knows about: the shipped film and every run you submit from this browser. Open one to see its docket, cue sheet and reports.
Projects are remembered per browser today; accounts with roles and shared projects are the next step.
Project
Elements
Mission Control
Replay of the real run that produced the shipped docket — true timecodes, the exact Parallel queries the Rights Sleuth issued, the dossiers that came back. Nothing staged.
Fleet graph — lights up as the run replays
Board during the run
Docket
Every flagged element in the cut with its dossier, recommendation and status. Agents move items as far as Awaiting sign-off; only the attorney of record moves one further.
Runs
Submit a clip as a new project and watch the fleet work; every run you start from this browser is listed below with live status.
Any clip up to 60 seconds. Detection with Gemini, research through Parallel, streamed here as it happens. Three uploads per viewer per day.

Script mode
Clear it before you shoot. The fleet reads the screenplay and lists every element a script clearance report must check — then researches the researchable ones.
Cue sheet
Broadcast and streaming delivery require a music cue sheet. The audio pass segments cues to the second; identification is a human or fingerprint step — the agent never guesses a title.
Usage codes: MT main title · ET end title · BI background instrumental · BV background vocal · VI visual instrumental · VV visual vocal.
Reports
The E&O-format clearance report generated by the Docket Clerk, and the sign-off procedures the attorney of record closes.

About Clearcut
An autonomous rights-clearance department for filmmakers. Gemini watches the cut, a Parallel-powered agent fleet on Google's Agent Builder clears it, your attorney signs.
The fleet
Ambient animation — illustrative traffic. Solid edges and badges are live at runtime in this build (Gemini, Parallel Search, the ffmpeg rulers); dotted ones are the roadmap (Parallel Extract / Task / Monitor, Firestore docket).
How it works
Two-pass detection
A visual pass names every clearance-sensitive element with timecodes; an audio pass where ffmpeg proposes the sound windows and Gemini labels which contain music.
Rights research at runtime
Each flag becomes a Parallel Search objective; Gemini synthesises the evidence into a dossier and says "unverified" when it is thin.
Drafted requests
Licence and release requests per dossier, never sent by an agent, never with an invented contact.
E&O package
Scene-by-scene report, cue sheet, the 12 standard procedures — one PDF for the attorney of record.
Works on AI-generated film — where the risk is higher
A Coke can nobody placed
Generators reproduce real trademarks on their own. Detection watches pixels, not provenance — the clearance is still owed.
A real face nobody cast
A synthesised likeness triggers right-of-publicity and platform policy; it lands as a personality item routed to attorney review.
Characters and paintings
Reproduced characters and artworks land as artwork flags with a dossier. Provenance (C2PA) and disclosure checklists are on the roadmap.
Where this goes
Deeper Google + Parallel
Parallel Extract, Task and Monitor; Firestore docket with attorney-only sign-off; Vertex pro models for feature-length cuts; live Mission Control from the streaming backend.
Where editors and lawyers already are
EDL / FCPXML import and cut-diff (shipped), DaVinci Resolve markers, requests sent and tracked from the docket, carrier-format E&O export.
Producers, coordinators, attorneys, insurers
Clear the script, then the cut; coordinators run ten projects; attorneys review from a phone; brokers receive a standard package.

Producer
The attorney of record is the only role that can mark an item Cleared. Switching here is a client-side demo of the invariant; the roadmap enforces it server-side with accounts.

What is kept
Uploaded clips are processed and deleted after the run; the docket (flags, dossiers, report) is kept. Projects and runs are remembered per browser.
